He has leveraged his expertise in assisting businesses to create and manage successful benefits plans. With decades of experience, he has introduced innovative strategies that reduce costs associated with healthcare premiums and help clients achieve their goals.

Co-Owner
Beth is a Co-Owner of Consolidated and has been with the company since 2009. She believes that by delivering exceptional service and building strong relationships with our clients, helps us stand out from our competitors. Her dedication to account management helps Consolidated build long lasting relationships with our clients. By building strong and ongoing relationships, we better understand our client’s needs and provide tailored solutions that meet those needs.
Allie Thom,
Co-Owner
As Co-Owner of Consolidated Insurance Group, Allie partners with employers across Colorado to build benefit strategies that lower costs without sacrificing the coverage their employees rely on. Whether it's level-funded plans, cost containment strategies, private FAMLI, claims advocacy, or simply helping employees understand how to use their benefits, her goal is to make healthcare a little less confusing and a lot more valuable.
She enjoys working alongside business owners, HR teams, and CFOs to find creative solutions that fit their goals—not just at renewal, but throughout the year. Building long-term relationships and being a trusted resource is one of the most rewarding parts of my job.
